A Personal Invite

  • According to the Bible we are all sinners and have fallen away from God (Romans 3:23). However, God made a way for us to be at peace with Him, through the sacrifice of His son dying on the cross for us. As He stretched out His arms on that cross and shed His blood, He created a perfectly built bridge from Himself to us. No longer having sin in the way we can go straight to Jesus with anything and everything.​
  • We all must choose in this life where we will spend our eternity (Luke 16:19-31). The Bible speaks of two very different places we could
          spend eternity, one being Heaven and the other Hell.
  • When we die, we go to one or the other, there is no in between place. Heaven is a very real place (2 Peter 3:13) 
          and Hell is just as real. (Psalm 9:17).

Please do not wait, because we do not know if tomorrow will come (James 4:14). You can receive God's forgiveness along with His love,
mercy, and grace right now. There are 5 simple steps in receiving this free gift.
 
1. Admit to being a sinner and recognize your need for a Savior.
2. Be willing to change and turn from your sins by repenting.
3. Believe with a sincere heart that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross, buried, and then rose from the grave.
4. Through prayer invite Jesus into your life and give Him full control.
5. Then receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Here is a simple prayer you can pray,

Dear Jesus,

I know now that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe you died for me on the cross to pay the debt for my sins, and then rose
from the grave to live again. I no longer want to live my life as I have in the past. I want to invite you into my heart and life. I need to trust and
follow you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you for giving me the gift of eternal life. Help me now to life a life that is pleasing to you and follows
your word.

In Jesus' Name, Amen

or just say what you feel in your heart. It does not need to be perfect. You just need to be sincere in the decision you make, and in your
commitment. If you prayed that prayer, you are now a child of God and will need to be with others that believe as you do. Find a good church
that teaches God's word and one that believes in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, so that they will be able to help and direct you in
your new walk as a born-again believer in Jesus Christ. You must be born again to enter the gates of Heaven (John 3:3).
